Shipping and Exchange Policy

We Don't Ship Internationally Anymore! 

Due to unusual shipping delays and concerns with shipping outside the USA, we have decided to no longer offer international shipping.

We appreciate your understanding.  

Order Fulfillment:

All orders can take up to 6 days to pack and deliver to the post office. During the holiday season, orders can take up to 10 days to fulfill. We appreciate your understanding. 

Order Concerns: 

If there are any issues with your order, email us, and we will find a solution ASAP. If you have complications at checkout, email us about the issue so we can help resolve it.

Refunds:

Suzen's Art Shop LLC is a small business, therefore we don't accept refunds except in extreme circumstances. Please contact us at suzens.art.shop@gmail.com if you have questions.

Did not receive your order?

1. Did you receive a shipping confirmation email?
2. Was the address correctly entered at checkout?
3. Did you receive a delivery / USPS attempted delivery email?
4. Did you check your spam folder?

**USPS experiences delays/ will run behind due to the holidays.**

If you did not receive your order within 7 days of the expected delivery date, email us so we can resolve the issue.
