Hello Lovelies,
It's finally spooky season which means it’s time for GoreTober drawing challenge! Or, at least my version of the GoreTober challenge. Similar to last year I broke the month up into four challenges (4 weeks) instead of 31 challenges (31 days).
Each week I have two prompts to incorporate into however many or few drawings I choose. The difference between this year's challenge and last year's is the addition of an overarching theme, which is to incorporate a cryptid of my choosing.
For example, week one I will draw a creature using the prompts shattered and plants. Plus an added twist of using the Wendigo cryptid as the overarching inspiration for the drawing.
Unsurprising to everyone I have yet to decide the next three weeks cryptid inspiration, be sure to leave any suggestions in the comments of my current GoreTober videos on YouTube and TikTok. I adore seeing what you suggest!
The goal, as is with any of my challenges, is to complete a series of drawings I like to turn into stickers and coloring pages (yes they are finally a thing!) by the end of the October. As always, be sure to follow along on all the social platforms I inhabit, I am excited to see what we create this year!
